CALLOUT & HOME VISITS

As well as in-store repairs we are able to offer computer callout and home visit services within Plymouth and the surrounding areas. There is generally a fixed fee of £40.00 and includes the first hour’s labour.

This is helpful as we can help with networking issues, wireless printing issues and general computing issues when you are unable to bring your PC/notebook in store.

When we are unable to fix your PC on-site following a computer callout, our engineers will bring the PC back to the workshop and deliver back to you free of charge once repaired. Please note, this will only be the case if parts are required that we do not have onboard our vehicle.
